Die prußische Erdgöttin Seminas oder Semas (Erde) (siehe auch Semele (Mythologie)) steht in der weiblichen Götterwelt der heidnischen Naturreligion der Balten als dritte Tochter der Sonnengöttin Saule und des Mondes Menulis auf der zweiten Hierarchieebene.

Sie ist die Ehefrau des Donnergottes Perkunos und gilt als Erdmutter, als Spenderin des Lebens, des Blutes und der Fruchtbarkeit. Sie ist identisch mit der litauischen Zhemyna und wird auch zärtlich Zeminele (litauisch Žemynėlė) (Erdmuttchen) genannt. In Ostpreußen sah man sie auch als einen der drei Aspekte der Glücksgöttin Laima.
