Bob Frankston (* 14. Juni 1949 in Brooklyn, New York) entwickelte 1979 zusammen mit Dan Bricklin die erste Software zur Tabellenkalkulation. VisiCalc lief auf Apple II Computern und trug maßgeblich zu deren Erfolg bei.
