Bruce Bastin

Bruce Bastin (* 19. September 1939 in Chelmsford, England) ist der führende Experte, wenn es um die Bluesstile und -interpreten der Ostküste der Vereinigten Staaten geht ("Piedmont Blues").

Er hat einen Abschluss in "Folklore" der University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill und ist Autor der Standardwerke Crying for the Carolines und Red River Blues: The Blues Tradition in the Southeast.

Bruce Bastin ist außerdem Inhaber und Geschäftsführer von Interstate Music, Ltd., West Sussex, England, mit den Plattenlabeln
