Abu Zubaydah auch Abu Subeida (* 12. März 1971) ist ein saudiarabischer Staatsbürger und mutmaßliches Mitglied von al-Qaida, das im US-Gefangenenlager Guantanamo gefangen gehalten wird.

Zubaydah wurde 2002 in Pakistan gefangenengenommen und nach den Angaben seiner Anwälte in zahlreichen Black Sites in Thailand, Polen, Marokko und Litauen gefangengehalten und gefoltert. Er war in Pakistan mutmaßlich ein enger Vertrauter des Al Quaida-Chefs Bin Ladin.

Zubaydahs Anwälte haben im Oktober 2011 beim Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte in Straßburg Klage gegen den Staat Litauen erhoben.
