Albatross Rock (afrikaans Albatros-Eiland) ist eine der zentralen Penguin Islands im Südatlantik 3,1 km westlich der Diamantenküste Namibias, von der sie durch den Albatross Channel getrennt ist. Sie liegt 1,2 km vor dem Festland und 50 km südlich der Stadt Lüderitz. In der Inselkette der Pinguininseln liegt sie 10,2 km südlich von Possession Island und 8,1 km nördlich von Pomona Island.

Die schmale Insel misst etwa 600 m von Nord nach Süd und 100 m an ihrer breitesten Stelle. Im Norden ragt eine lang gezogene Felsenkette aus dem Meer und 200 m westlich von ihr ist ein weiterer Felsen vorgelagert.
