Arturo Torres Carrasco (* 20. Oktober 1906 in Coronel, Chile; † 20. April 1987 in Santiago de Chile, Chile) war ein chilenischer Fußballspieler.

Mittelfeldspieler Torres, der seine Vereinskarriere bei Unión Maestranza begann und später unter anderem für Colo-Colo spielte, war Mitglied der Nationalmannschaft seines Heimatlandes und nahm mit ihr zunächst an den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1928 und sodann an der ersten Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 1930 teil.[1] Während des WM-Turniers kam er in allen drei Spielen Chiles zum Einsatz. Bei den Südamerikameisterschaften 1935 und 1937 stand er ebenfalls im chilenischen Aufgebot.
