Capital Gate ist ein Multifunktions-Wolkenkratzer in Abu Dhabi und im Guinness-Buch der Rekorde als der am stärksten geneigte Turm der Erde verzeichnet.

Der Rohbau von Capital Gate im zu den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten gehörenden Abu Dhabi war Ende 2009 abgeschlossen, das Gebäude soll 2011 bezogen werden. Am Standort unmittelbar neben dem Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre unweit des Zayed-Sports-City-Stadions verteilen sich auf eine Gesamthöhe von 160 Metern 35 Stockwerke. Die Neigung nach Westen beträgt 18 Grad, beträchtlich mehr als beim Schiefen Turm von Pisa (3,97 Grad) oder dem Kirchturm von Suurhusen, Rekordhalter mit 5,19 Grad.

Bauherr sind die Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, Architekten die Dubai-Gruppe der in England beheimateten Robert Matthew Johnson Marshall (RMJM).

Zur Nutzung ist unter anderen Fazilitäten (Büroräume) ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel von Hyatt vorgesehen.
