Chesham ist eine Kleinstadt in Chiltern, einem District in der Grafschaft Buckinghamshire in England.

Die Stadt liegt 40 km nordwestlich des Stadtzentrums von London. Im Jahr 2001 hatte Chesham 20.343 Einwohner.

Seit 1986 ist Chesham Partnerstadt zu Houilles in Frankreich und seit 1990 zu Friedrichsdorf. Außerdem besteht eine Partnerschaft zur spanischen Gemeinde Archena in der Region Murcia.
