Dan Drastic (* 1976 in Karl-Marx-Stadt; bürgerlich Daniel Faulwasser) ist ein deutscher DJ und Musikproduzent im Bereich der elektronischen Tanzmusik, im Speziellen House.

Leben

Dan Drastic machte seine ersten Schritte als DJ in den Jahren 1992 und 1993 in Chemnitz. Dort organisierte er verschiedene Konzerte und Partys, insbesondere im Umfeld des Clubs Lait Solair. Seit 2001 produziert er selbst. Es folgten Veröffentlichungen auf verschiedenen Labels wie z. B. Hairy Claw, Lorna und Highgrade.

2004 zog er nach Leipzig, wo er seitdem Resident DJ im Sweat Club und der Distillery ist. 2006 stieg er beim Plattenlabel Moon Harbour Recordings ein, auf dem er seitdem veröffentlicht.
