Carl Wigand Maximilian Jacobi (* 10. April 1775 in Düsseldorf; † 18. Mai 1858 in Siegburg) war deutscher Psychiater, außerdem Regierungs- und Obermedizinalrat in Preußen.
Jacobi wurde 1775 als Sohn des Philosophen Friedrich Heinrich Jacobi geboren. Er war preußischer Regierungs- und Obermedizinalrat und übernahm 1824 die Direktion der Irrenanstalt in Siegburg bei Bonn. Außerdem veröffentlichte er zahlreiche Bücher, so etwa zusammen mit Franz Xaver Häberl Jahrbücher des Sanitätswesens im Königreich Baiern, 1810. Außerdem schrieb er die Bücher Sammlungen für die Heilkunde der Gemüthskrankheiten, Elberfeld 1822–30, 3 Bde. und Über Anlegung u. Einrichtung von Irrenheilanstalten, Berl. 1834. Zudem übersetzte er auch Texte von Herodot und Thukydides.
