Fort Skardu oder Fort Karpachu ist eine Wehranlage über der Stadt Skardu in den Gilgit-Baltistan, die zwischen dem 8. und 10. Jahrhundert n. Chr. errichtet wurde. Das Fort wurde von den Herrschern der Rmakpon-Dynastie aus Baltistan gebaut und war ursprünglich ein siebengeschossiges Gebäude, bis es im 18. Jahrhundert durch Sikhs niedergebrannt wurde.

Die Moschee auf dem Gelände des Forts stammt wahrscheinlich aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, dem Zeitraum, in dem das nördliche Pakistan islamisiert wurde.
