Cathedral City ist eine Stadt im Riverside County im US-Bundesstaat Kalifornien, Vereinigte Staaten, mit 50.100 Einwohnern (Stand: 2004). Das Stadtgebiet hat eine Größe von 50,4 km².

Die Stadt liegt im Süden Kaliforniens im Coachella Valley zwischen den Städten Palm Springs und Rancho Mirage. Die Sänger Frank Sinatra und Sonny Bono sind hier begraben.

Das Stadtgebiet wird von der California State Route 111 durchquert.
