Die Isthmian League Premier Division (offiziell Ryman League Premier Division) ist eine Spielklasse der Isthmian League und bildet oberhalb der ebenfalls zur Liga gehörenden Division One North und Division One South die siebthöchste Ligastufe im englischen Fußball.
Die Liga wurde im Jahr 1905 gegründet und bildete damals die höchste Ligastufe des Non-League football und war bis zu den 1970er Jahren eine reine Amateurliga.
Der Meister steigt am Ende einer Saison in die Conference South auf. Die zwischen Rang zwei und fünf klassierten Teams nehmen an den Playoffs teil, in denen der zweite Aufsteiger in die Conference South ermittelt wird. Die vier letztklassierten Mannschaften der Liga steigen in die Division One North bzw. Division One South ab.
