Iurie Leancă (* 20. Oktober 1963 in Cimișlia, Moldawische SSR, Sowjetunion) ist ein moldawischer Diplomat und Politiker. Er ist seit September 2009 Außenminister Moldawiens.
Iurie Leancă war von 1998 bis 2001 erster Stellvertreter des moldawischen Außenministers. Von 2005 bis 2007 arbeitete er im Apparat des OSZE-Kommissars für Minderheitenfragen in den Niederlanden. Nach seiner Rückkehr nach Chișinău war er Vizepräsident der Firma ASCOM sowie stellvertretender Vorsitzender der Gesellschaft für Außenpolitik Moldawiens. Bei den Wahlen im Juli 2009 wurde er auf der Liste der Partidul Liberal Democrat din Moldova (PLDM) ins moldawische Parlament gewählt und im September vom designierten Premierminister Vlad Filat (PLDM) für das Amt des Außenministers nominiert.
