Das Noma ist ein Restaurant mit zwei Michelin-Sternen in der dänischen Hauptstadt Kopenhagen. Das Restaurant eröffnete 2004 und befindet sich im Haus Nordatlantens Brygge, einem ehemaligen Speicher, das im Stadtteil Christianshavn liegt. Der Name Noma setzt sich aus den beiden dänischen Wörtern „nordisk“ (nordisch) und „mad“ (Essen) zusammen.

Die Küche unter dem Küchenchef René Redzepi pflegt einen zukunftsweisenden nordischen Stil. Die Gerichte bestehen bevorzugt aus heimischen Produkten, insbesondere Fisch, lokalem Gemüse und verschieden, auch ungewöhnlichen, lokalen Kräutern und Gewächsen[1]. Das Restaurant wurde von der Fachzeitschrift Restaurant Magazin zweimal in Folge (2010, 2011) zum „Besten Restaurant der Welt“ gewählt, 2009 hatte das Noma im gleichen Wettbewerb den dritten Platz belegt.
