Par-Bond

Par-Bond

Als Par-Bond werden Anleihen bezeichnet, die zu pari notieren, d. h. deren Preis gleich ihrem Nennwert ist. Handelt es sich um eine Standardanleihe, gilt, dass der Kupon gleich dem Marktzins ist.

Renditen von Par-Bonds werden bei der rechnerischen Ermittlung von Zerozinsen verwendet.

Außerdem wird mit Par-Bond ein bestimmter Typ von Brady Bond bezeichnet. Hier bezieht sich die Bezeichnung "Par" auf die Tatsache, dass die Anleihen zum Nennwert emittiert wurden.
