Der Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) ist im englischsprachigen und neuerdings auch im deutschsprachigen Raum die Bezeichnung für den Personalchef bzw. Personalleiter eines Unternehmens.
Im Zuge der Internationalisierung von Unternehmen wird diese Bezeichnung vermehrt auch in Organisationen im deutschsprachigen Raum verwendet.
