Peidong Yang ist ein chinesischer Physiker.
Yang erhielt den B.S. für Chemie an der Chinesische Universität der Wissenschaften und Technik. 1997 erhielt er von der Harvard University den Ph.D. in Chemie und wurde 1999 Postdoc an der University of California.
Sein Forschungsgebiet sind eindimensionale Nanostrukturen.
