Tovma Artsruni

Tovma Artsruni (armenisch Թովմա Արծրունի) war ein Historiker und geistlicher Gelehrter (Sparapet) aus dem mittelalterlichen Königreich Vaspurakan im südwestlichen Armenien, zwischen dem Vansee und dem Großen Zab. Er verfasste im frühen 10. Jahrhundert eine Geschichte des Hauses Artsruni. Zwei unbekannte Kompilatoren führten sie bis 12. Jahrhundert fort. Artsruni stützte sich auf das Werk von Vorgängern wie Moses von Chorens Geschichte Armeniens und Elišēs Geschichte von Vartan und des armenischen Krieges.
