Thomas Randolph, 2. Earl of Moray (* unbekannt; † 11. August 1332) war ein schottischer Adliger und Militärführer im 14. Jahrhundert. Er erbte den Titel Earl of Moray von seinem Vaters, Thomas Randolph, 1. Earl of Moray, einem langjährigen Guardian of Scotland und Gefolgsmann von Robert Bruce , am 20. Juli 1332.

Der jüngere Thomas Randolph hielt den Titel nur 23 Tage, bis er selbst bei der Schlacht von Dupplin Moor im Kampf gegen Edward Balliol und die Armee der "Enterbten" fiel. Er diente dort er als einer der wichtigsten Befehlshaber unter Domhnall II., Earl of Mar, der seinem Vater in das Amt des Guardian of Scotland nachgefolgt war.
