Die Condat AG ist ein mittelständisches deutsches Software- und IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Berlin.

Condat wurde 1979 als GmbH gegründet. Sie firmierte 1999 zur Condat AG um und ging Juli 2000 an die Börse. Im Juni 2002 kaufte Texas Instruments die Condat AG, um ihre Software-Entwicklung für Mobiltelefone unter eigene Regie zu bringen [1][2]. Dieser Verkauf war gekoppelt mit einem Rückkauf der anderen Geschäftsbereiche durch die von den ursprünglichen Eigentümern der Condat neu gegründete, nicht öffentlich gehandelte Condat Informationssysteme AG.

Heute ist die Condat AG ein anderes Unternehmen als im Jahr 2002, führt jedoch die meisten Geschäftsbereiche weiter und fokussiert diese auf Dienstleistungen im Medien/TV-Sektor mit Tools zur Sendeplanung, im Servicesektor auf Planungstools zur Steuerung von Außendienstmitarbeitern und im öffentlichen Sektor auf Lösungen zur Erfassung und Auswertung von Umweltdaten.

Ende 2006 beteiligte sich der australische institutionelle Anleger Millhouse IAG an der Firma [3].
