Consort Song

Consort Song

Der Begriff erschien zuerst in William Leightons 1614 veröffentlichter Sammlung The Teares and Lamentatacions of a Sorrowfull Soule mit Consort Songs von John Bull, William Byrd, John Dowland, Martin Peerson und anderen zeitgenössischen Komponisten.
