Die Deutsche Medizinische Wochenschrift (Abk.: DMW) ISSN 0012-0472 ist eine deutsche medizinische Fachzeitschrift. Es existieren Freie Volltexte in der aktuellen Ausgabe und einige Audio-Beiträge.

Sie wurde 1875 von Dr. Paul Börner (1829-1885) gegründet und redigiert, dem Sanitätsrat Dr. Samuel Guttmann (1839-1895) als Herausgeber folgte. Bis 1886 erschien sie im Verlag von Georg Reimer. Sie wird als Organ der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Innere Medizin und der Gesellschaft Deutscher Naturforscher und Ärzte vom Georg Thieme Verlag herausgegeben.

Die Druckauflage der DMW beträgt 2008 11.000 Exemplare, 9.400 davon werden verbreitet. Die DMW erscheint in 46 Ausgaben pro Jahr.[1]. Sie bietet CME-zertifizierte Fortbildungen an. Eigenen Aussagen zufolge ist sie "Deutschlands meistgelesene Fachzeitschrift für Internisten". Zu den wichtigsten Kongressen und Themen der Inneren Medizin gibt es Schwerpunktausgaben.
