Endorser

Endorser ist die Bezeichnung für einen Künstler (meistens Musiker), der durch einen so genannten Endorsement-Vertrag an den Hersteller seiner Musikinstrumente gebunden ist. Dies bedeutet, dass der Künstler für die Musikinstrumente des Vertragspartners öffentlich wirbt, indem er sie zum Beispiel bei Live-Auftritten verwendet. Im Gegenzug bekommt der Künstler kostenlos oder preisgünstig Musikinstrumente zur Verfügung gestellt, die er, nach einer meistens von beiden Vertragspartnern abgesprochenen Zeit, entweder für einen meist stark reduzierten Preis erwerben oder an den Hersteller zurückgeben kann.
