Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) ist ein börsennotiertes thailändisches öffentliches Unternehmen, dessen Hauptgeschäft das nationale Flughafenmanagement ist.

Geschichte

Das Unternehmen wurde am 30. September 2002 mit einem Kapital von 14.285.700.000 Baht als Nachfolger der Behörde Airports Authority of Thailand gegründet. Hauptaktionär ist der thailändische Staat mit einem Aktienanteil von 70 %. [1] Im Januar 2006 betrug der Wert des Unternehmens 203.345,996 Mio. Baht. [2] Vorstandsvorsitzender ist General Saprang Kalyanamitra; Sitz des Unternehmens ist Bangkok, Bezirk Don Mueang.
