Feedback Blues Band

Lutz Kowa Kowalewski (* 1960) ist ein deutscher Blues-Gitarrist der ostdeutschen Bluesszene. Er spielt Akustikgitarre, Dobro, Bassdrum sowie Kazoo. Kowalewski trat mit internationalen Bluesmusikern, wie Louisiana Red, Carey Bell, Memo Gonzales und Phillippe Menard auf.

Musikalische Entwicklung

Kowalewski gründete 1985 gemeinsam mit Ralf Bomberg in Kahla die Feedback Blues Band, welche sowohl Bluesklassikern spielt als auch improvisierten eigene Titel vorträgt.

Zur aktuellen Besetzung der Band gehören: Lutz Kowalewski (Gitarre, Gesang), Harald du Bellier (Bassgitarre) und Mark Rose (Schlagzeug).

Kowalewski ist darüber hinaus solistisch tätig, tritt gemeinsam mit dem Thüringer Boogie-Pianisten Alexander Blume auf, arbeitet mit Bernd Kleinow als Duo Unlimited Blues und mit Thomas Stelzers Bloody Rhythm Fingers zusammen.
