Frederic William Maitland (* 28. Mai 1850 in London; † 19. Dezember 1906 auf Gran Canaria[1]) war ein englischer Jurist und Historiker.
Der Sohn von John Gorham Maitland wurde am Eton College und Trinity College ausgebildet.
