Ghanzi (manchmal auch Ghantsi geschrieben) ist ein Distrikt in Botsuana. Er ist km² groß und zählt 33.170 Einwohner (laut Volkszählung 2001).

Der Distrikt befindet sich im Westen des Landes, grenzt an Namibia und umfasst auch einen großen Teil des Landesinneren. Die östliche Hälfte besteht größtenteils aus dem Central Kalahari-Wildtierpark. Der Sitz der Verwaltung befindet sich in Ghanzi.
