North-West District Basisdaten Staat Botsuana Hauptstadt Maun Fläche 129.930 km² Einwohner 142.970 (Zensus 2001) Dichte 1,1 Einwohner pro km² ISO 3166-2 BW-NW Der North-West District ist ein Distrikt Botsuanas, der 2001 aus der Zusammenlegung der Distrikte Chobe und Ngamiland entstanden ist. Er ist in die Subdistrikte Ngamiland North, Ngamiland South, Chobe und Delta unterteilt. Sein Regierungssitz befindet sich in Maun, der größten Stadt des Distrikts. Auf einer Fläche von 129.930 km²[1] leben 142.970 Menschen[2].
