Die Israel Space Agency (ISA) ist die israelische Raumfahrtorganisation mit Sitz in Tel Aviv. Sie wurde 1983 innerhalb der Israel Defense Forces (Israelische Armee) gegründet, Bereich Wissenschaft und Technologie. Sie führt Raumfahrtprogramme zusammen mit dem interdisziplinären Zentrum für technologische Analysen und Vorhersagen der Universität Tel Aviv, dem Nationalen Ausschuss für Raumforschung der Israelischen Akademie für Wissenschaften und Menschlichkeit sowie der israelischen Flugzeugindustrie durch.

Am 19. September 1988 startete die ISA ihren ersten Satelliten Ofeq-1 mit einer Shavit Rakete. Das Raketenversuchsgelände der ISA befindet sich ca. 10 km südlich von Tel Aviv in der Nähe von Palmachim am Mittelmeer.
