Joseph „Joe“ Pasternak (* 19. September 1901 in Szilágysomlyó, Österreich-Ungarn heute Rumänien; † 13. September 1991 in Hollywood, Kalifornien) war ein Filmregisseur und -produzent, der in den Hollywood Walk of Fame aufgenommen wurde.
Er starb im Alter von 89 Jahren an der Parkinson-Krankheit.
