Krishnanagar (Bengalisch: কৃষ্ণনগর, Kṛṣṇanagar; auch kurz Krishnagar) ist eine Stadt im indischen Bundesstaat Westbengalen mit etwa 152.000 Einwohnern (Volkszählung 2011). Sie ist Verwaltungssitz des Distrikts Nadia.

Der Ort liegt 118 Kilometer nordöstlich von Kolkata am Fluss Jalangi auf einer durchschnittlich Höhe von 14 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Zu den hauptsächlichen Wirtschaftszweigen gehören neben der Landwirtschaft (Reis, Jute, Zuckerrohr) die Zucker- und Keramikproduktion.

Seit 1864 ist Krishnanagar Stadt. Zu ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten gehört der Palast des Raja Krishnachandra (Rajbari), in dessen Innenhof sich ein Durga-Tempel befindet.
