Laufabrauð (dt. etwa Laubbrot) ist ein traditionelles Weihnachtsgebäck in Island.

Es stammt ursprünglich aus dem Norden Islands, wird aber inzwischen auf dem gesamten Inselgebiet gegessen. Aus einfachem Teig werden dünne Fladen gemacht. Das besondere sind die Verzierungen durch Einschneiden und Umklappen. Das Laufabrauð wird in siedendem Fett frittiert.
