Der Lukusashi ist ein Nebenfluss des Luangwa in der Zentralprovinz von Sambia.

Der Fluss ist der Ausfluss des 19 Kilometer langen und 9 Kilometer breiten Lusiwashisees und -sumpfes im Muchinga-Gebirge 70 Kilometer westlich von Serenje. Er bildet gemeinsam mit seinem Nebenfluss Lunsemfwa im Luanotal den mächtigsten Nebenfluss des Luangwa. Sie führen ganzjährig Wasser und steigen nach Regenfällen um über fünf Meter an. Da der Südluangwa-Nationalpark etwa 40 Kilometer östlich, also in mittelbarer Nähe ist, sind Wildtiere aller Art an seinen Ufern und im Wasser zu finden.
