Manila ist ein kleiner Ort und County Seat von Daggett County, im Bundesstaat Utah an der Nordgrenze zu Wyoming.

Geographie

Der Ort liegt an der Abzweigung der SR43 und SR44. Etwas östlich von Manila liegt das Flaming Gorge Reservoir und südlich ist der Ashley National Forest. Hier liegt auch der Kings Peak mit 4123 m (13.528 feet) Höhe.

Geschichte

Manila wurde 1898 gegründet. Die ersten Häuser in Manila waren eigentlich nur Blockhütten mit ein oder zwei Räumen. Fünf nummerierte Straßen führten von West nach Ost.
