Aufspaltung

Im September 2011 teilte die McGraw-Hill Companies mit, das man eine Aufspaltung des Unternehmens plant. Im Zuge der Aufspaltung sollen die zwei eigenständige Unternehmen "McGraw-Hill Markets" mit der Ratingagentur Standard & Poor's und "McGraw-Hill Education" mit dem Verlagshaus entstehen. Die Aufspaltung soll bis zum Jahresende 2012 abgeschlossen werden.[2]
