Medb (auch: Medbh, Maeve, Königin Maeve, irisch-gälisch: Méabh, d. h. berauschend) ist eine zentrale Figur der irischen Mythologie. Medb war die schöne und kriegerische Königin von Connacht. Ihr Charakter wird als stark und unerbitterlich beschrieben.

Medb war ursprünglich Conchobar versprochen, verließ diesen jedoch für Ailill. Sie war für ihre Mannstollheit bekannt und berüchtigt, wobei sie nicht wählerisch war.

Medb ist neben Cú Chulainn eine der Schlüsselfiguren des Ulster-Zyklus. Von ihr handelt auch das wohl bekannteste irische Epos Táin Bó Cúailnge („Rinderraub von Cooley“), in dem Medb versucht, den großen Stier Donn Cuailgne in einem Krieg gegen Ulster zu erobern, um mit ihrem Mann, der einen gleichstarken Stier besitzt, gleichzuziehen.

Königin Medb soll in einer großen Steinpyramide begraben sein, die in der Eisenzeit auf dem Gipfel des Knocknarea erbaut wurde und von einem Grabhügel mit 55 Metern Durchmesser und 10 Metern Höhe bedeckt ist.
