Mitmita

Mitmita ist eine traditionell äthiopische Gewürzmischung.

Sie besteht aus Cayennepfeffer, Salz, Kreuzkümmel, braunem Kardamom und Ingwer.

Mitmita ähnelt in Farbe und Charakter dem Curry, schmeckt allerdings äußerst scharf und aromatisch.
