Die NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA) (frz.: Agence OTAN d'entretien et d'approvisionnement) ist eine logistische Dienstleistungsorganisation für die NATO-Staaten. Sie hat die Aufgabe, die kostengünstige und effiziente Betreuung von denjenigen Waffensystemen sicherzustellen, die in mehreren NATO-Staaten im Einsatz stehen. Die Nutzer vereinbaren vertraglich, diese Aufgaben für das jeweilige System der NAMSA zu übertragen. Die NAMSA ihrerseits schließt die notwendigen Industrieverträge. Der Sitz der NAMSA befindet sich in Capellen (Gemeinde Mamer) im Großherzogtum Luxemburg.
Die NAMSA beschäftigt zur Zeit etwa 1100 Mitarbeiter in Luxemburg. Die Aktivitäten der NAMSA werden festgelegt von der NATO Maintenance and Supply Organization (NAMSO), welche 26 Nationen umfasst, mit dem Zweck maximale Effektivität bei minimalen Kosten für die betreuten Waffensysteme zu erreichen. Die Aufsicht über die NAMSA wird über ein "Board of Directors" sichergestellt, welches die Umsetzung der Richtlinien beaufsichtigt.
Die Hauptaktivitäten der NAMSA umfassen die Aufgabenfelder Nachschub, Wartung, Einkauf, Technische Studien und Unterstützung.
