Ronato "Ronnie" Alcano (* 27. Juli 1972 in Calamba City, Laguna) ist ein philippinischer Poolbillardspieler.

2006 gewann er überraschend die 9-Ball-Weltmeisterschaft in seinem Heimatland, durch einen 17:11-Sieg über Ralf Souquet. Nur ein Jahr später konnte er erneut eine Weltmeisterschaft erringen. Bei der 8-Ball-WM setzte er sich im Finale gegen seinen Landsmann Dennis Orcollo durch. Zusätzlich erreichte er 2007 und 2008 jeweils das Finale der US Open im 9-Ball, unterlag jedoch gegen Shane van Boening beziehungsweise Mika Immonen.

Bei der WM 2008 im 8-Ball hätte er seinen Titel beinahe verteidigen können, musste sich jedoch Ralf Souquet im Finale mit 13:9 geschlagen geben.
