Sky Work Airlines ist eine schweizerische Fluggesellschaft mit Sitz in Belp und Basis auf dem Flughafen Bern-Belp.

Geschichte

Sky Work Airlines wurde im Jahr 1983 als Zwei-Mann-Gesellschaft gegründet und war anfangs vorwiegend als Flugschule für höhere Ausbildungen tätig. Ab 1989, mit dem Kauf der ersten Cessna Citation II, verlagerte sich der Schwerpunkt auf die Beförderung von Privat- und Geschäftsleuten. Sky Work Airlines wurde zur Lufttaxi- und Charterfluggesellschaft.

Im August 2011 übernahm das Unternehmen den Reiseveranstalter Aaretal Reisen.[2]

Flugziele

Sky Work Airlines fliegt vom Flughafen Bern-Belp aus insgesamt 24 europäische Destinationen an.[3] Bedient werden Städteziele wie beispielsweise London, Budapest und Rom sowie Urlaubsziele am Mittelmeer wie Barcelona und Catania. Deutschsprachige Ziele sind derzeit Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld, Hamburg, Köln/Bonn und Wien.[3] Zudem werden auch Charterflüge, beispielsweise für Reiseveranstalter wie Kuoni sowie V.I.P.s, durchgeführt.
