SABMiller plc ist eine Aktiengesellschaft nach englischem Recht und weltweit der zweitgrößte Brauereikonzern nach Anheuser-Busch InBev. Das Unternehmen entstand 2002 aus der Fusion von South African Breweries und Miller Brewing Company.

Der Konzern ist in über 40 Ländern mit Brauereien vertreten, der Umsatz im Geschäftsjahr 2004 lag bei 12,645 Mrd. US Dollar (ca. 9,3 Mrd. Euro) und im Geschäftsjahr 2005 (zum 31. März 2006) gar 15,307 Mrd. Dollar (entspricht 11,27 Mrd Euro), die Gesamtbeschäftigtenzahl lag bei etwa 39.400 Angestellten.

SABMiller hat ihre größten Absatzmärkte in Afrika, Nordamerika, Mitteleuropa und Osteuropa, der Sitz ist allerdings in London, England.

Der größte Anteilseigener mit 36 % aller Aktien der Firma ist die Altria Group, der früher Miller Brewing gehörte.
