Das Team Columbia Frauenteam ist ein vom Sportartikelhersteller Columbia Sportswear gesponsertes Radsportteam.

Bis zum 27. November 2007 war T-Mobile Hauptsponsor des Teams, gab dann aber seinen Ausstieg aus dem Radsport bekannt. Bis zum 5. Juli 2008 fuhr das Team unter dem Namen Team High Road.

Das Management besteht aus Kristy Scrymgeor (Managerin), Anna Wilson (Sportdirektorin) und Petra Rossner (Trainerin).
