Tuncay Özkan (* 1966 in der türkischen Provinz Erzurum) ist Journalist, Politiker und war Besitzer des türkischen Kanals Kanaltürk. Er arbeitete 1984 bei der Zeitung Hürriyet, später wechselte er zur Cumhuriyet.
