Vincas Kudirka (* 31. Dezember 1858 in Paežeriai, Rayon Vilkaviškis; † 16. November 1899 in Vladislavovas, heute: Kudirkos Naumiestis) war ein litauischer Schriftsteller, Dichter, Publizist, Kritiker, Übersetzer, Begründer der Bewegung Varpininkai, Journalist und Redakteur der Zeitung Varpas und einer der Ideologen der litauischen Volksbewegungen im 19. Jahrhundert.

Kudirka ist Autor der Nationalhymne (Tautiška Giesmė). Nach ihm sind das Städtchen Kudirkos Naumiestis (Kudirkos ist Genitiv von Kudirka) sowie zahlreiche Gymnasien in Litauen benannt.
