Sir William Francis Patrick Napier (* 17. Dezember 1785 in Celbridge nahe Dublin; † 12. Februar 1860 in Clapham) war ein britischer Generalleutnant.
Napier kämpfte mit Auszeichnung in den spanisch-französischen Feldzügen und war zwischen 1842 und 1848 Gouverneur von Guernsey. Er wurde 1851 zum Generalleutnant befördert.
