Das XML Localization Interchange File Format (engl. für „Dateiformat zum Austausch von Übersetzungsdaten“), abgekürzt XLIFF, ist eine Auszeichnungssprache zur Darstellung hierarchisch strukturierter Daten von Übersetzungsprogrammen. Das Format ist speziell für den verlustlosen Datenaustausch von Übersetzungsdaten und den dazugehörigen Kontextinformationen gedacht. Es ist XML-basiert und erweiterbar.
Es wird unter anderem bei der Softwareentwicklung im Rahmen der Internationalisierung und Lokalisierung verwendet.
