Youngtown ist eine Kleinstadt im Maricopa County im US-Bundesstaat Arizona. Nördlich der Stadt verläuft der U.S. Highway 60.

Lage

Youngtown liegt im Northwest Valley des Bundesstaates Arizona.

Geschichte

Sie wurde 1954 gegründet und 1960 wurde es ein eigener Verwaltungsbezirk.

Youngtown wurde auf dem Gebiet einer Milchfarm, von Ben Schleifer als Alterssiedlung gebaut. Die Siedlung hatte zu Beginn Altersbeschränkungen für Neuzuzügler, welche erst 1998 aufgehoben wurden.
