Zanzibar North (Swahili Unguja Kaskazini, deutsch Sansibar-Nord oder Unguja-Nord) ist eine Verwaltungsregion Tansanias, die den nördlichen Teil von Sansibars Hauptinsel Unguja umfasst. Sie hat etwa 137.000 Einwohner.[1] Ihre Hauptstadt ist Mkokotoni.
