Andrew Kay

Andrew F. Kay (* 22. März 1919) ist Präsident und CEO von Kay Computers.

Kay graduierte 1940 am MIT und begann seine Karriere bei Bendix. Er gründete 1952 die Firma Non-Linear Systems, einen Hersteller von digitalen Anzeigen. 1954 erfand er das digitale Spannungsmessgerät. Seine Firma NLS brachte 1982 einen der ersten tragbaren Computer auf den Markt, den Kaypro II, der sich sehr gut verkaufte.
